Coordinador de Entrenamiento H&S - Datos, Procesos y Power BI

Design, implement, and evaluate training programs on workplace safety, health, and environment. Manage the execution of the annual training program and assess results and KPIs. Advise and train operational leaders on safety policies and standards. Develop dashboards in Power BI to visualize safety indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Database Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience in a similar training position and 4 years in Safety, Health, and Environment. Knowledge in data management and database structuring.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with activities in both the office and field. It includes constant training and an 80% covered EPS health insurance.
