Lead the active management of the profitability of the Personal Credit product, focusing on sustainability and growth. Maximize profitability through the management of indicators such as RIF, contribution margin, and provisions. Develop analyses of LTV, CAC, and structured cross-sell strategies to drive revenue.
Requirements
Solid experience in profitability management, Pricing, or FP&A, preferably in financial institutions. Experience with credit products, ideally Personal or Consigned Credit. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
