Core Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Administrator will manage the end-to-end logistics for both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) programs, including scheduling, participant communication, site setup, and resource coordination. This role involves responding to learner inquiries, managing escalations, monitoring enrollments, and producing essential reports to ensure seamless program execution.

Requirements

Candidates must possess proven experience in Training Coordination or Learning Administration, ideally in a remote setting, along with hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS). Essential qualities include exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and comfort navigating constant change and ambiguity.
