What You'll Do
Ensure the operational health of the product end-to-end by monitoring flows, integrations, and platform stability. Track performance indicators, conversion funnels, and KPIs, identifying deviations and optimization opportunities. Manage and update product OKRs, consolidating results and supporting Product Managers in tracking strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics, conversion funnels, and performance indicators. Experience in identifying and tracking operational incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Knowledge of product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, along with experience using data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
