Own site safety culture and ensure compliance with local labor laws and Amazon safety standards. Manage inbound receipt, processing, sortation, and dispatch operations across multiple dispatch cycles, ensuring on-time readiness. Lead and develop a team, managing hiring, onboarding, performance management, and shift scheduling. Drive labor efficiency targets and implement productivity improvement initiatives.

Experience in managing teams in a logistics or operations environment. Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree required. Familiarity with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques is essential. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
