Ensure all studies and projects comply with applicable safety and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and implement necessary preventive measures. Develop detailed plans before project initiation, coordinating activities and teams for efficient execution. Monitor project progress, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. At least 10 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and controlling medium-scale multidisciplinary projects. Minimum 8 years leading multidisciplinary project teams in the mining sector or engineering firms servicing mining. Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
