Oversee the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff. Handle guest complaints and ensure proper food presentation and handling procedures. Maintain records of staff performance and operating costs, and provide feedback and coaching to the team. Ensure product quality and great service while managing restaurant needs and priorities effectively.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel. Knowledge of hotel products and services. Fluency in Spanish and English.
