Core Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries and concerns while accurately documenting account information in the client system. Provide detailed account status explanations and promote additional product offerings while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 6 months of English call center experience with 85%-90% proficiency. Candidates must reside in Guatemala City and be available for shifts between 5:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
