What You'll Do
Lead and develop the team, ensuring quality and prioritization of deliverables. Conduct performance analyses and monitor key strategic KPIs. Prepare executive presentations with appropriate storyline and framing for different audiences. Support leadership in strategic decision-making and action plan definition.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in leadership and people development. Experience in strategy, performance, planning, consulting, or related areas. Advanced English proficiency.
