Own and deliver the Weekly LH to DEA MX report, covering FirstMile IB + FirstMile OB performance. Lead Deep Dive analysis on DEA performance to diagnose root causes of linehaul delays. Monitor and triage real-time disruptions affecting MX linehaul routes and coordinate cross-functional escalations to resolve issues.

1+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to take direction in English. 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
