Associate IS Specialist

Manage the operational effectiveness of the branch's hardware, including inventory control, ordering, setup, and retirement of hardware. Troubleshoot software issues and roll out new software solutions while ensuring data security and effective use of technical solutions. Collaborate with operational teams to build and develop solutions that drive efficiencies and optimize productivity.

Previous experience in an IS related field, particularly in troubleshooting hardware and Windows. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and programming experience or the ambition to learn VBA and SQL is preferred.
