Provide support to the franchise network via WhatsApp and CSF calls. Manage the creation and maintenance of AGC in the channel. Organize and distribute kits for recognition campaigns, ensuring materials reach their destinations. Assist in the creation of basic digital materials and maintain control spreadsheets for actions under responsibility.

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed). Active listening skills to understand and act on guidance. Proactive problem-solving abilities for routine operational challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
