Senior Strategy Manager in Collections

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership for each new product or vertical, translating business models into collection implications. Define data requirements for collections in each initiative and ensure necessary infrastructure is in place. Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor collection performance and identify deviations from expectations. Design governance models for each initiative, ensuring clarity in decision-making processes and operational rules.

Experience in business strategy and operations roles within technology or financial services sectors. Proven track record in building operations from the ground up, not just optimizing existing ones. Strong analytical skills combined with structural pragmatism, capable of defining data models and governance frameworks. Previous experience in team management or leadership of small multidisciplinary teams.
