Responsibilities also include generating insights, collaborating with stakeholders, tracking action items, and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables) and Google Suite, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role. Excellent written and verbal English communication, strong soft skills, organization, and full-time availability during EST business hours are also required.
