Ensure and monitor compliance with process management methodology, guaranteeing the update, continuous improvement, evaluation, and implementation of performance indicators. Design and propose end-to-end process architecture in coordination with involved areas, ensuring traceability of impact and measurement before and after. Identify and prioritize processes and initiatives with potential for mining and automation, enabling their digitalization and implementation of key performance indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Processes. Desirable: training or certification in applied Artificial Intelligence. Experience in process management and continuous improvement, preferably in the banking business.
