Advanced Software Engineer - Customer Success

Design and implement technical solutions that maximize the value of the Feedzai platform. Troubleshoot complex production issues across application, database, infrastructure, and integration layers. Lead technical activities during implementations, upgrades, migrations, and production go-lives. Mentor other engineers and contribute to reusable implementation assets, documentation, and engineering standards.

7+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong Java development skills with the ability to understand, customize, and debug complex applications. Experience designing and implementing enterprise software integrations. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in production environments.
