Proactively monitor the regulatory landscape across multiple categories (pharmacy, pet, market, beverages, convenience, and ads) to assess business impact and provide strategic counsel for exponential growth. Manage and structure complex, strategic contracts ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency while structuring and optimizing legal processes focusing on automation, standardization, and data usage for scalability.
Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree in Law with an active OAB registration and consolidated experience in corporate, regulatory, and contractual law, preferably with knowledge of ANVISA regulations and highly regulated markets. Essential skills include excellent communication, experience leading high-impact projects, and the ability to manage legal demands in a fast-paced, multi-category environment.
