Business Transformation Associate Manager

Lead business transformation initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization of end-to-end processes. Facilitate workshops for process analysis, design, and redesign. Develop business cases and quantify financial and operational benefits of initiatives.

Bachelor's degree. Experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, process excellence, operational excellence, process mapping, and project management. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Previous experience in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services is valued.
