What You'll Do
Lead the management of the accounting structure, ensuring quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement of processes and deliverables. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for local and international application. Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and IFRS, including monthly and quarterly reconciliations and revenue recognition.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting with a valid professional license. Specialization in Taxes is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in accounting and taxation. Strong knowledge and experience in taxes, IFRS, and local accounting regulations.
What We Offer
Indefinite term contract directly with AXA. Administrative schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid modality: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
