What You'll Do
Build backend solutions integrating AI from scratch during experimental pilots. Structure functional and scalable AI pipelines and processes. Review AI architectures and orchestrate emerging models and frameworks. Test and validate AI tools in real product scenarios and share technical knowledge to elevate team autonomy.
What We're Looking For
Solid knowledge in backend software engineering and distributed systems. Applied experience in artificial intelligence or AI engineering, including LLM integration, ML pipeline construction, model orchestration, fine-tuning, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Proactive in creating sustainable AI solutions and sharing knowledge with the team.
