Execute integrated tests to validate end-to-end processes from registration to order delivery. Develop practical support materials such as manuals and guides, and act as a knowledge multiplier for operational areas. Validate customer registration data and test order entries through various methods, while being the primary contact for operational queries and issues.

Previous experience in operational areas such as Order Management or Post-Sales. Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data loading tasks. Familiarity with sales flows and order processes. Experience in creating procedures and activity manuals.
