[Job-31912] Senior AI Orchestrator SDLC, Brazil

Map and govern the Value Stream of the SDLC, ensuring end-to-end visibility and control. Lead the reduction of lead time and continuous improvement of the delivery flow. Orchestrate workflows between teams and AI agents, ensuring effective coordination between humans and automations. Ensure compliance and human validation at critical points in the process.

Experience in Delivery Governance and management of software delivery flow. Mastery of agile practices and Continuous Flow (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalents). Ability to orchestrate workflows with AI agents and multidisciplinary teams. Strong stakeholder management skills across different hierarchical levels.
