The role involves executing projects within Employee Central Payroll/SAP Payroll for a growing business and supporting the HR area with improvements and new configurations in these systems to ensure scalability and efficiency. The individual will co-create solutions with business users, recommend optimizations, and design applicable solutions integrating various processes like Payroll, Accounting, and Reporting.
Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree in Technology, Human Resources, or related fields, along with solid experience in implementing and configuring SAP Employee Central Payroll/SAP Payroll/SAP Payroll Brasil, including continuous improvement projects. Broad knowledge of HR processes such as Compensation, Benefits, Personnel Administration, and Payroll is required.
