What You'll Do
Conduct actions for debt collection, negotiating in line with internal policies to ensure resource recovery and maintain member relationships. Support the preparation of credit proposals and guide the formation of processes like PCA's. Analyze information related to credit recovery and portfolio management, developing action plans with agencies as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in credit recovery. Strong negotiation skills and good communication. Must reside in Joinville/SC.
