Core Responsibilities

The specialist will review and route deals for approval to ensure alignment with pricing, discounting, and commercial policies, acting as a trusted partner to Sales by answering questions on standard terms and configurations. They will also manage the deal queue to keep the pipeline moving, spot issues early, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates need 2-3 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or similar role, demonstrating strong attention to detail regarding calculations, pricing logic, and contract terms. Essential skills include solid problem-solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication to explain policies effectively to Sales.
