What You'll Do
Lead the local Operations team, overseeing the operational functioning of partners and payment methods. Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, implementing operational improvements to enhance service quality. Coordinate operations with strategic partners in each city and validate the application of operational rules for various situations.
What We're Looking For
Experience in data, performance, operations, consulting, or project management with a focus on operational KPIs and performance analysis. Knowledge in SQL, Big Query, and analytics tools such as Looker, DataStudio, or Tableau. A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields is valued.
