What You'll Do
Manage the collection of assigned accounts by reviewing and analyzing account balances and due dates. Conduct collection efforts through phone, digital means, or in-person visits. Present solutions for overdue accounts to the immediate supervisor and evaluate order approvals based on healthy account status.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles with knowledge of accounting, finance, and account management. Proficiency in SAP and conflict management.
