Actively prospect high-income individual associates and manage a consultative portfolio. Develop personalized financial solutions to ensure retention and expansion of business. Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and other stakeholders, both in the agency and through external visits.

Bachelor's degree required. Proven experience in managing high-income individual portfolios. Strong knowledge of sophisticated financial products. Consultative and strategic approach with a results-oriented mindset. ANBIMA certification is necessary.

Participation in annual profit-sharing starting from 3x the salary. Includes meal allowance of R$2,460.58, private health insurance, education assistance for certifications and degrees, and access to wellness programs.
