Solutions Engineer (Engenheiro(a) de Soluções) - SPO, Brasil [Hybrid]

Win deals alongside the sales team by partnering with Account Executives in enterprise sales cycles, running technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex integrations between Clara's platform and enterprise ERP systems, coordinating with customer technical teams and Clara's Product and Engineering squads. Proactively identify friction in how the SE team operates and build tools, automations, and workflows to eliminate it.

5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager. Active daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate development and automate repetitive work. Demonstrated experience running technical sales cycles and hands-on experience designing and delivering ERP integrations including API design and data mapping.
