Review compliance with labor legal obligations and quantify contingencies. Analyze massive data for controlling access of outsourced personnel. Prepare reports on labor compliance for local reports and due diligence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economic Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience managing information of highlighted or outsourced personnel. Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, and/or Power BI.
