Act as a strategic link between Training and Operations, influencing decisions based on indicators. Build dashboards and reports that transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Explore data from multiple sources using database language, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Utilize Artificial Intelligence and automation to enhance analyses and create solutions that increase planning efficiency. Plan capacity resources, schedules, and infrastructure for local tables to ensure training execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Logistics, Project Management, or related fields. Experience with quality tools, continuous improvement, and routine management using database language, report generators, spreadsheets, and Artificial Intelligence is a plus. Ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities. Willingness to travel between São Paulo Capital and the Interior.
