Core Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM residents to resolve inquiries and service requests via chat, email, and portals. Coordinate maintenance requests and billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate records in CRM and SAP systems.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in customer success or helpdesk operations with proficiency in SAP and CRM platforms. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with the ability to manage high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment.
