Field Team Leader Coordinator

Manage the field operations leadership team to execute data collection activities in compliance with global standards. Monitor data collection quality and initiate corrective actions as needed. Partner with Field Team Leaders to improve KPIs and ensure panel health. Deliver results in finance, budget control, and productivity targets.

Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of experience leading teams, preferably in market research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business-level fluency in English (C1). Strong communication and people management skills, with training in problem-solving methodologies.
