This role involves acting as a strategic partner to business areas and HRBPs, transforming strategic demands into structured development solutions that impact business growth.

Requirements

Candidates must have solid experience in Organizational Development and leadership training, including structuring programs from scratch and partnering with business areas. Required expertise includes Instructional Design, knowledge of modern learning trends like blended learning and experiential learning, strong analytical capacity for impact measurement, and the ability to work autonomously.
