Ensure compliance with Plant Engineering activities (Maintenance - Facilities), guaranteeing the availability and reliability of assets through excellent execution by technicians and contractors. Review daily, weekly, and monthly indicators to generate analysis and action plans for eliminating failures and abnormalities. Provide maintenance technicians with the appropriate tools and training to execute their work excellently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions leading work teams. Experience in Maintenance in logistics distribution centers, plants, or manufacturing, managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
