This role involves managing internal sales and customer service for the English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, responsible for processing enrollments and guiding international students to select the most suitable ESL program based on their needs. The advisor will lead follow-up with potential and confirmed students via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person interactions at the institute.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a university degree and ideally have experience in internal sales or customer service, demonstrating excellent organization and attention to detail. Essential requirements include outstanding oral and written communication skills, a professional and cordial demeanor, a high service orientation, proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, CRM), and an interest in international education and cultural exchange.
