Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for ensuring the correct design, planning, and execution of Go-To-Market plans, Sales Analytics, and Sell Productivity for all channels to guarantee vertical and horizontal growth with efficient service costs. This includes leading the Go-To-Market transformation process, designing distribution strategies, adjusting models to maximize market presence, and ensuring optimal sales force sizing.

Requirements

Candidates must be professionals in administration, industrial engineering, systems engineering, economics, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial/operations areas such as commercial planning or sales development within mass consumption companies. Intermediate English proficiency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools are required, with familiarity in commercial management tools like SAP or Salesforce being desirable.
