What You'll Do
Map and document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes in BPMN. Conduct interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with client stakeholders in English. Evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of new automation opportunities. Act as a liaison between business areas and the technical development team.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English (C1 or higher) for meetings and formal documentation. Experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Proficiency in BPMN modeling and requirements gathering. Experience in RPA or process automation projects.
