Use incident management processes and tools to generate reports and take corrective actions. Debug complex application systems to resolve business-impacting issues. Mentor less experienced peers and apply the latest technology to solve client problems.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Java or C#/.NET and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong debugging skills and familiarity with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
What We Offer
This opportunity offers a remote work model based anywhere in Ecuador, with occasional travel for client visits or team meetings. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required.
