Data Analytics Hub Manager

Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of the GIA Data Analytics Hub roadmap. Maintain data integrations from enterprise systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and availability for audit analytics use cases. Design parameter-driven Tableau dashboards that enable self-service audit planning, testing, and reporting capabilities. Mentor Senior Data Analysts while driving continuous improvements in data curation, analytics processes, and reporting solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experienced leading data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering plans within Internal Audit or Risk Management. Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, or Python. Cloud platform experience, preferably AWS.
