Additionally, the role manages international benefits administration and ensures compliance with regional payroll legislation across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of payroll experience, including hands-on processing of US and Canada payroll and a mandatory payroll certification (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent). A degree in HR, Business Administration, or Accounting is required, along with proficiency in payroll systems like Workday or ADP.
