Core Responsibilities

Plan and execute the Field Marketing strategy for the B2C segment. Lead the planning and delivery of proprietary and third-party events. Develop content, communication, and relationship initiatives that strengthen the VTEX brand. Support demand generation and new customer acquisition initiatives. Build and manage relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Solid experience in Field Marketing, B2B or B2C Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related area. Strong experience planning and executing events. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience negotiating and managing sponsorships, partnerships, and suppliers. Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence tools in daily work.
