Distribution Supervisor (San Martin Obispo, Cuautitlan Izcalli)

Assist the Manager with the daily operations of the Distribution Department, ensuring compliance with company policies. Supervise Customer Service Representatives, coordinating daily workflow and auditing new accounts to meet customer needs. Support the manager in developing the annual departmental operating budget and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members. Familiarity with operational excellence metrics and financial management in a logistics context.
