Coordinate the manual credit analysis processes of the cooperative, ensuring technical quality of decisions and adherence to credit policies. Manage the credit analysis team, promoting employee development and operational excellence. Monitor portfolio performance and credit processes, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Proven experience in manual credit analysis, credit granting, and risk management in financial institutions. Solid knowledge of economic-financial analysis, credit rating, and risk mitigators. Completed postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA. Certification CPA (ANBIMA) is required.
