Requirements

Candidates must possess a first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Economics, coupled with three to five years of progressive direct sales experience and at least three years of leadership experience. Essential competencies include strong negotiation, relationship building, results orientation, and proficiency with standard office software.
