This role centers on auditing and verifying agent commissions by reviewing carrier statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payments. The assistant will identify and correct discrepancies on commission statements and collaborate with department leaders, focusing heavily on auditing tasks rather than payment processing.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong familiarity with formulas and pivot tables, alongside a high level of reliability and attention to detail. An analytical mindset is required to quickly adapt to new processes, and prior experience in accounting, payroll, or commissions is considered ideal but not mandatory.
