Sr. Financial Analyst

The role involves preparing and delivering comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L analysis, executive summaries, and ad-hoc reports, while conducting rigorous variance analysis focused on margin performance. This position will also partner with FP&A on board presentations and forecasting, and work to improve financial reporting processes through ERP integration.
Requirements
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrating expertise in financial fundamentals and US/Colombian regulations. Essential qualifications include exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and presentation software, attention to detail, and fluency in English for effective collaboration.
