Corporate Finance Senior Analyst

Support the end-to-end execution of structured debt facilities, securitizations, private equity rounds, and public market transactions. Build and maintain integrated financial models to support financing and strategic initiatives. Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities. Prepare board presentations, investor materials, and executive reporting packages.
Requirements
Approximately 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance. Advanced financial modeling skills with expert-level Excel proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
