Business Analyst Junior [Antifraud, Mexico]

Analyze and improve antifraud operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for internal antifraud tools. Identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and platform teams to deliver new capabilities.

1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst in a product, fintech, or operational environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
