Design highly scalable and resilient systems capable of supporting low-latency conversational journeys and real-time ML processing. Analyze and articulate engineering trade-offs concretely, fostering an inclusive engineering culture. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on high-volume, high-concurrency distributed systems. Deep knowledge of modern software architecture paradigms and data-intensive applications. Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English skills are mandatory.

Remote-first work model with the option to work from the São Paulo office. Flexibility to work from any country for up to 90 days a year.
